Product & user experience research
Silver Scribe helps product and design teams make confident decisions grounded in a deep understanding of their users. Through rigorous qualitative and quantitative research, we uncover what motivates users, where they struggle, and what’s limiting adoption. We translate these insights into clear, actionable recommendations that guide the next phase of product development. Our engagements establish a durable foundation teams rely on for years—informing roadmap decisions, strategy shifts, and future discovery.

RESEARCH
CASE STUDIES
To build and launch a new product, the client needed a deeper understanding of software developers. Through in-depth interviews and a large-scale survey, we defined what “good developer experience” meant for their specific product line. We also uncovered how developers influence tool selection, providing actionable guidance that directly shaped the product’s feature set, design, and go-to-market strategy.
The client needed to evaluate a three-year roadmap and establish UX guidelines for a new product suite. After in-depth research with current and prospective customers, we delivered a prioritized roadmap and refined product vision for product leadership. We helped leadership understand what to build, fix, and stop investing in. We also equipped the design team with behavior-based archetypes and an initial information architecture for the new product line—enabling product, design, and engineering to move forward with shared clarity and confidence.
Company culture & strategic planning research
Silver Scribe helps companies identify and remove internal barriers to effective product development. Often, stalled innovation is caused not by a lack of user insight, but by inefficient processes and ways of working. Using the Human Factors Framework, we assess culture, workflows, and decision-making to help teams ship better products—more efficiently and more consistently.
