Path from user feedback to strategic recommendation
All Silver Scribe studies follow the same general process. If your project involves multiple product lines, or many divisions within your company, additional time will be needed to collect and analyze the data.
We check-in with clients after each major step, ensuring alignment throughout the study.

Stakeholder interviews directly influence the study design. They clarify strategic goals and inform research questions.

Perform systematic review of previous related research

The review of previous research allows us to identify gaps in knowledge and ensure we are not asking questions that have already been answered.
Refine research plan & develop questionnaire

Learnings from stakeholder interviews, and the research review, may impact the study scope and timeline. This phase is crucial for alignment.
Recruit participants & collect data

Fielding the study may involve anything from in-depth interviews to large scale surveys. Given our mixed methods research skill set, we are truly able to let each project's goals and core research questions guide the study design. In most of our projects, we use at least two different methods. This allows us to develop a more profound, nuanced understanding of the problem space.
Recruiting the perfect participants is challenging. Depending on the profile of the target participants, we often partner with other professionals to complete this task.
Analyze findings & pen report
2 weeks
All Silver Scribe studies are documented in a final, written report. Additional artifacts like an illustrated story, infographics or human sized coloring boards can be added for additional fees.
Deliver output of study
1 to 3 days
Your partners at Silver Scribe will present the research findings during a final meeting. We are also available to facilitate virtual, or in-person, design thinking workshops. These sessions help your team turn research insights into product ideas that advance your company's goals.
